Hamilton Relay, USA

Hamilton Relay provides telephone assistance in selected states to people with speech disabilities through Speech-to-Speech. We seek people experienced in working with consumers residing in Hamilton states to teach them to use STS.

ISAAC supports and encourages the best possible communication methods for people who find communication difficult. It has groups of members in 15 countries. These groups are called Chapters. It also has members in 60 other countries. All these people have a "vision" that everyone in the world who could communicate more easily by using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), will be able to do so. For this vision to happen everywhere in the world, people who use AAC, their families, therapists, teachers, researchers, people who make equipment, and people in governments will have to work together. The ISAAC website can display Bliss, PCS or Rebus symbols so that people who use one of these symbol systems to communicate may be able to understand some of the information.
