The World Health Organization (WHO) has been supporting national authorities in global efforts to track the virus. In addition, the WHO and The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) initially released a joint statement calling for responsibility and coordination in guiding the travel and tourism sectors’ response to COVID-19.
