As a courtesy to other attendees, please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent during all presentations and workshops.

Photo, Video and Audio Recording

Recording of presentations and workshops during ISAAC sessions is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been provided by ISAAC or by the presenters themselves during their session.

Outside of Presentations

During conference hours, photo and video recording are permitted in common areas and other public, non-presentation spaces of the conference venue, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded in these public spaces and to ISAAC sharing this content for educational and promotional purposes, including on the ISAAC website, in eblasts, presentations, videos, and social media.
