2026 Special Meeting of the ISAAC Council

In accordance with section 11.5 of the Bylaws of ISAAC, this is the official notification that a SPECIAL MEETING of the ISAAC Council is being called by Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli, President and Catia Walter, Chair of the ISAAC Council.

Date: Monday, September 14, 2026

Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 noon (Toronto time) – Converted World Times

Meeting will be held on Zoom.

Registration is required.

In accordance with section 11.5.2 of the Bylaws of ISAAC, the business to be conducted at this Special Meeting will be as follows:

1. Welcome, introduction and quorum – Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli and Catia Walter (5 minutes)
2. Thanks to the 2024-2026 ISAAC Executive Board – Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli and Catia Walter (10 minutes)
3. Welcome to the 2026-2028 ISAAC Executive Board – Uli Ehlert and David Banes (10 minutes)
4. Council Executive Board Motions and Vote – Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli (5 minutes)
5. Council Regional Group Reports – Catia Walters, Yoosun Chung, and Michelle Phillippy  (15  minutes)
6. ISAAC Forum and ISAAC Virtual Event 2026 – Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli and Uli Ehlert (10 minutes)
7. Closing Remarks – Yonit Hagoel-Karnieli and Catia Walter  (5 minutes)
