Every five years the ISAAC Executive Board develops a Long-Range Plan, for approval by the Council.

Operational Plans in keeping with the long-term strategy are developed by the Executive Board every two years.

ISAAC’s budget is based on the Operational Plan. Committees and Working Groups support the goals and objectives set out in the Long-Range Plan.
