Becoming a leader takes desire, strength, skill, support, mentoring and opportunity. The ISAAC LEAD Committee hosted a 4-hour workshop during the 2018 ISAAC Conference on the Gold Coast, Australia. By application, 8 to 10 participants were selected to develop a plan for turning their proposed visions into future realities, initiating their journey to become a leader locally, nationally or internationally at ISAAC.
