Poster Specifications

Posters must not exceed the ISO 216 A0 portrait format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm, or 33.1 in x 46.8 in). Please use an appropriate font size for the posters so that they are readable by the participants from 1.5 meters away. The poster message should be clear and understandable even without oral explanation.

Local Toronto Printing of Poster Presentations

ISAAC Conference 2016 is pleased to offer, on a fee-for-service basis, local Toronto printing and delivery to The Westin Harbour Castle hotel, of your accepted and scheduled poster presentation. If you would like to avoid having to print your poster yourself and bring it with you to Toronto, ISAAC would be pleased to have your poster ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the conference hotel.

All posters will be printed exactly as uploaded. ISAAC will not perform any editing on uploaded files. Any errors contained in uploaded PDF documents are the sole responsibility of the author.

Total cost for this service is CAD $113.00 (inclusive of GST/HST tax).

Poster Audio-Visual Presentations

ISAAC Conference 2016 is pleased to offer, for those submissions allocated as a poster session, the opportunity to present material in an audio-visual format.

If you wish to present your materials using a notebook/laptop or tablet device, ISAAC Conference 2016 will ensure sufficient presentation space at the conference venue and access to electricity. Poster presenters are required to provide their own electronic equipment (i.e., Notebook/Laptop or tablet ONLY). Also, please ensure that you provide headphones for any audio portion of your presentation.

If you are arriving to ISAAC Conference 2016 from outside North America, you will need to ensure that your device has the proper plug and electrical adapters (Type A or Type B) to use the North American electrical grid standard (http://www.iec.ch/worldplugs/).
